Returns for Purchases Made on This Site

You may return your purchases within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted for items that are flawed, damaged, or do not match the product description on our site. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags intact. Original packaging—including dust bags, designer tags, and any complimentary gifts—must also be returned, as these are considered part of the product.

Please contact our Customer Care Team in advance to arrange a return. You may be asked to provide your receipt or proof of purchase, images of the item, and your contact information.
Note: Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Once we receive your returned item, our Customer Care Team will review it and work to process an appropriate refund or return as promptly as possible. Providing your return tracking number helps us anticipate its arrival and expedite the process.

If you have returned an item but have not received confirmation from us, please contact [email protected]. After refund approval, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped to our designated location in Hong Kong, China. Shipping fees vary based on the courier service you select.

Exchanges

Exchanges are limited to products of equal retail value. We cannot guarantee the availability of identical items for limited-edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock products.
